Position Available for Registered Psychologist

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Yonge and Eglinton)

Commitment: 10 to 20 hours/week

Start Date: FALL 2026

A position is available for a Registered Psychologist in our Toronto office for a candidate with at
least five years of post-graduate clinical experience with autistic youth and adults. This position
starts at 10 hours per week (with the potential to increase), with at least half of those hours
delivered in-office.

The clinical scope of work encompasses diagnostic and psychological assessment and therapeutic
intervention for autistic youth and adults. Practitioners operate within a collaborative, supportive
group practice that provides office space, technical and communication infrastructure,
advertising, and a steady stream of targeted referrals.

Position Requirements:

  • Education & Licensure: A Doctorate in Clinical, Developmental, or School Psychology.
    Active registration for autonomous practice in good standing with the College of
    Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) is mandatory.
  • Clinical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of, and documented experience in,
    identity-affirming assessment and support for neurodivergent youth and adults.
    Candidates must demonstrate expertise with gender-affirming diagnostic care, and the
    systemic barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals and their families.
  • Assessment Proficiency: Demonstrated competence in selecting, administering, and
    interpreting modern, gold-standard diagnostic and neurodevelopmental assessment tools
    tailored to nuanced and masked presentations alongside comprehensive cognitive,
    executive functioning, and psychoeducational batteries.
  • Systemic Knowledge: A strong working knowledge of local neurodevelopmental
    services, community networks, and funding supports within the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Professional Execution: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the
    ability to manage a private caseload with a high degree of clinical and administrative
    autonomy.
