Deborah Finkelstein
Summary
Deborah supports clients in building self-compassion and self-acceptance as they explore new diagnoses and a more positive understanding of themselves. Deborah believes in the strengths and abilities of her clients to take action towards values and goals which are meaningful to them at school, work, at home, and in relationships. Deborah’s mental health counselling is informed by her training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and strength-based positive psychology approaches.

Tina Gandhi
Summary
Tina Gandhi is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) at The Redpath Centre, who has worked for over 20 years in the areas of autism, disability and mental health at developmental service and children’s mental health agencies. She provides counselling to diverse families, couples and siblings, and utilizes a variety of approaches such as family systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Tina brings her passion for mental wellness and innovation to her work by providing workshops and groups to meet family needs. She is a Master Level ASIST (Suicide Prevention) Trainer, Mental Health Ambassador, and gives presentations on the importance of social work role in the field of neurodiversity. Her clinical approach focuses on empowering clients, developing advocacy skills, building on strengths, reducing anxiety and depression, improving relationships, and supporting family well-being. She was honoured with the Inspirational Leader Award and Distinguished Social Worker Award by the Ontario Association of Social Workers for her commitment and dedication to families and the community in 2022.

Amanda Perri
Summary
Amanda Perri is an Academic, Behaviour and Lifeskills Coach at The Redpath Centre. She has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents (ages 6-16) including those identified as having autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and learning differences. Amanda is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) and an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) who currently works as a classroom teacher in an Autism Intensive Support Program with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). At The Redpath Centre, she provides integrated mental health and academic coaching services, specializing in emotional regulation, executive functioning, social skill development, and self-advocacy. Amanda also offers comprehensive parent and family coaching, including developing strategies to foster emotional resilience, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. She assists with navigating school processes, including Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Identification, Placement and Review Committees (IPRCs), and academic transitions. Amanda’s approach is strengths-based, individualized, and grounded in evidence-informed practices, focusing on self-discovery, skill development, and well-being.

Mina Roozbahani
Summary
Mina Roozbahani is a Child, Youth and Family Therapist at The Redpath Centre. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and certified PLAY Project Consultant with over 14 years of experience with children, families and parents affected by autism, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Mina is a former teacher and is now a Program Consultant at Mackenzie Health. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy and uses an integrative approach drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a strong emphasis on play-based and parent-led interventions. She is passionate about strengthening the parent-child connection through play and developmentally-appropriate joyful interactions to build language development, social skills, and emotional growth. Mina supports children, youth, and families struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, social skills, and transitions. She provides consultation and coaching to parents, educators, and therapists.
